Salesforce Agentforce Architect
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary:
seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Architect to lead the design and integration of enterprise-scale AI agent ecosystems within Salesforce Agentforce environments. This role will bridge AI platforms, enterprise systems, and Salesforce while defining scalable, secure, and intelligent orchestration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
AI & Agentic Architecture:
  • Design autonomous AI and multi-agent ecosystems.
  • Define agent governance, delegation models, and semantic task routing.
  • Build scalable orchestration frameworks for AI-driven workflows.
  • Optimize context management, token usage, and reasoning efficiency.
Salesforce & Enterprise Integration:
  • Architect integrations between AI platforms and Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Design solutions using:
    • REST APIs
    • gRPC
    • Event-Driven Architectures
    • MCP (Model Context Protocol)
    • A2A (Agent-to-Agent) Communication
  • Develop Salesforce integrations using:
    • Apex
    • Salesforce Flows
    • Prompt Templates
    • APIs & Connectors 
Security & Governance:
  • Define authentication, authorization, and trust boundaries.
  • Establish AI governance and data protection standards.
  • Ensure enterprise security and compliance requirements are met.
Technical Leadership:
  • Create Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
  • Document architecture designs, technical trade-offs, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Security, Salesforce, and Platform teams.
