Job Summary:
We are seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join the Technology Controls Measurement Team. This role focuses on designing and defining technology and cybersecurity control metrics that enable continuous monitoring, compliance reporting, and measurement of control effectiveness across enterprise technology environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with policy teams, control owners, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate technology controls into measurable metrics and reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and document control metrics, measurement requirements, and reporting standards.
  • Translate technology and cybersecurity policies into measurable control indicators.
  • Partner with stakeholders to establish metric definitions, formulas, data sources, and evidence requirements.
  • Collaborate with Technology Policy teams to ensure measurement requirements are incorporated into policy updates.
  • Work with data acquisition and tooling teams to implement and automate metrics.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards for control effectiveness monitoring.
  • Analyze control implementation data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Security and/or Information Technology.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with cybersecurity or technology control implementations.
  • Strong experience defining metrics, KPIs, and Key Control Indicators (KCIs).
  • Experience working with business stakeholders, control owners, and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience interpreting quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Technology Controls and Cybersecurity domains.
  • Understanding of Public Cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with:
    • Identity & Access Management (IAM).
    • Data Security.
    • Network Security.
    • Application Security.
    • System Security.
  • Knowledge of Security Logging, Monitoring, and Incident Response.
  • Cybersecurity certifications preferred.
